Ready to Wear Policy

Production Time

As a growing brand committed to delivering top-notch quality, each piece is hand crafted in our studio. Unless stated otherwise, all ready-to-wear items are in-stock and ready to ship. For made-to-order items, kindly allow a minimum of (2) weeks for the fulfillment of each order.

Shipping

Customer shipping time via UPS is selected during checkout. Once the above processing steps are completed, our team submits tracking information. Note, shipping time is business days only (non holiday and weekends).

Returns Policy

Heir of Grace Ready to Wear purchases are eligible for an exchange within 7 days. Please email us at info@byheirofgrace.com to request a return label. Include your order number and reason for return in the email body.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in saleable condition, in its original packaging. (Merchandise must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.)

Returned merchandise not meeting these guidelines will be considered ineligible and returned to the customer.

If the returned item(s) do NOT fit return requirements,  item(s) will be returned to the customer and a shipping fee will be assessed. Heir of Grace reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

All items on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
